Full registration includes reception cocktail (October 07), lunch during the conference days (October 08 and 09), coffee breaks, proceedings (full texts book and CD-Rom or pen drive) and conference diner (not included for students registration).
* For every accepted paper or poster, at least one full registration fee must be paid by September 3, 2009, so that the paper (or the poster extended abstract) can be included in the Conference Program and published in the Conference Proceedings.
** To qualify for the student rate, you must: be a full time student; present a letter from your supervisors or Institution together with the registration; present a student ID to assist to the conference; when authors/co-authors of an accepted paper, the student registration fee does not apply (unless one full registration fee is paid by other co-author of the paper). Students' registration fee does not include reception cocktail, luch during the conference days and conference dinner.
*** Includes two full registrations plus the occupation of the exhibition space (October 08 and 09).
Accompanying persons for the conference diner, or students: 40 EUR.
One full registration gives right to present one paper and its inclusion in the conference proceedings. The publication and presentation of a maximum of two additional papers is possible under the extra payment of 50 EUR per paper.
Papers have a maximum length of 14 pages. To each additional page corresponds the payment of 50 EUR.
Accommodation not included.

IPROMS 2009
The Network of Excellence for Innovative Machines and Systems,
I*PROMS, funded by the EU's FP6 programme and
