Final versions of papers and extended abstracts (related to submissions accepted as Posters) should be submitted in MS Word format, by email to chair@centeris.eiswatch.org by no later than July 20, if possible identifying the paper ID in your email message.

Please be aware that you can benefit from a special fee if you register until July 20 (early registration).

Final papers:

Please make sure that the final version of your paper respects as much as possible the guidelines available here for download.

We strongly recommend that you use this document as a basis or template for the final edition of your paper.

Papers must be written in English. Each paper should not exceed 5,000 words or 14 pages considering the template and guidelines.

Posters:

Please use the template available here for download to prepare your one-page extended abstract to be published in conference proceedings.

The template to prepare your poster is here for download.
The poster should be printed by authors in A1 format.

For every accepted paper or poster, at least one full registration fee must be paid by September 3, 2009 (new date)

Revised version/camera ready:

IPROMS 2009
The Network of Excellence for Innovative Machines and Systems, I*PROMS, funded by the EU's FP6 programme and co-ordinated by the Manufacturing Engineering Centre, MEC, Cardiff University, will held the 5th Virtual Conference on Innovative Production Machines and Systems, IPROMS 2009 on 1st -14th July 2009.
