The conference intends to attract original, pertinent and relevant contributions on the technological, organizational and social dimensions of the largely multidisciplinary field of Enterprise Information Systems, which includes ERP, CRM, eMarketplaces, extended ERP, etc.

3.- The social aspect, covering:
  • The resistance to change;
  • IT human resources;
  • Trust and confidence in new technology;
  • Training needs.

For every accepted paper or poster, at least one full registration fee must be paid by July 12, 2010

Proceedings (full papers) to be published by Springer-Verlag in a book of the CCIS series (Communications in Computer and Information Science), which is listed in the ISI proceedings index.


As a result of the effort to strenght the networking with the research community, this year CENTERIS will have an associated conference - CAPSI - the conference of the Portuguese Association for Information Systems.
